The Journey
I have a calm, positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching yoga and believe yoga can play a fundamental and foundational approach to support people and provide guidance in their lives.
I believe we are always evolving and learning within our practice whether we are new to yoga or more experienced. I fundamentally believe and aspire to classes being available, adaptable and tailored to all students. I reach out and extend a hand of friendship and welcome all students to join irrespective of their chosen path to fuse and tailor an experience that meets their holistic needs.
I pride myself on creating a warm, nurturing and positive environment to enable to students to explore their practice focussing on the possibilities that the practice can offer.
In a vinyasa context I teach a creative, and flowy style with an emphasis on building foundational strength, evolving slow build intensity with opportunities for students to customise their experience to be more restorative or dynamic. I like to blend in yogic wisdom and philosophy to create space for students to explore the intentionality that supports their practice.
Sometimes we just need to slow down and I love to teach very, very slow mindful and gentle classes heavily fused with restorative and yin approaches.
